Payroll Knowledge and Career

Kevin Grubb is a social media consultant, expert career coach and speaker on the subject of social media & careers.  Currently, Kevin serves as the moderator for LinkedIn’s Career Services Professionals webinars, helping to share ideas with career counselors around the world about best practices for using LinkedIn with their clients and students.  His course at Villanova, “Social Media: Creating Your Professional Identity Online,” is a first-of-its-kind class that explores ways to harness the power of social networks like Facebook, Twitter, and Linkedin for professional gain.  He has been a featured interviewee and speaker on the subject matter of this course in print publications, on television and at colleges & universities throughout the country.

Kevin is also a contributing writer for the National Association of Colleges & Employers, Inside Higher Ed, Vault.com’s Career blog, and was named a top “Gen Y Careerist to Follow on Twitter” on a top ranking website, “Brazen Careerist".

Dinner Selection

Dinner will be your choice of Chicken Florentine or Peppercorn Seared Cod and will include salad, dessert and coffee.  If you have special dietary needs, please contact Sharon at vicepresident@sepaapa.org.

Please remember that if your membership is due for renewal, you must first renew your membership online before you will be able to register at the member rate.  Membership renewal is located in the Membership section of the SEPA website.

Registration for this event will close as of August 12, 2013 or earlier if registration reaches room capacity.  Walk-ins cannot be guaranteed a seat and will only be allowed into the event at the chapter's discretion based on available accommodations.

Founded in 1912 by Helena Devereux, they operate a comprehensive national network of clinical, therapeutic, educational and employment programs and services that positively impact the lives of tens of thousands of individuals and families every year.

 

They also focus on research-based prevention initiatives that help children and adolescents develop resilience and strong emotional and social health. They help empower children and adults with intellectual, emotional, developmental, and behavioral challenges to lead fulfilling and rewarding lives.

We are looking for school bags for this meetings donation.
